Employee Bring Up
The
organization of the training is the mutual operation
and corporation of the senior training of the group
and the second-class training of the filiales. The group’s
senior training is organized by the human resources
department of the headquarter, majoring in the managing
and training of the middle-section numbers, the speciality
training and the particular training inside the group.
The second-class training is organized by the separate
filiales. They are majoring in the marketing training
according to the needs, the entering training for the
fresh, organizing their own superiors of marketing and
management to have the trainings.
The
form of training mainly includes. The sorts of training:
the company's inside courses are also called inside
training. To be a number of the company, if the employees
want to make familiar with the company in order to adapt
to the work, they should attend all sorts of training
courses organized by the company. The inside training
lectures are always given by the senior leader or specialists
majoring in a certain aspect. The courses outside the
company is called outside training. The outstanding
ones should be further improved by attending national
and international universities, special position of
governmental labor department and speciality evaluation
department in order to broaden and inspire their minds
so that they may be further cultivated in the aspect
of management and marketing capacity. As for personal
training, except for these trainings organized by the
companies, the group encourages the stuff to study in
the college or speciality training department ( include
study for degree, before-work trainings, and other examination
and trainings relative to their speciality).

Employee Bring Up
In
2003, there were 862 stuff joined all sorts of trainings
in which there were 38 attended the training of industrial
and commercial management, international business and
relative knowledge, 46 participated in modern knowledge
and technology training, 776 joined before-work training
and technology evaluation and 2 emplyees of senior and
middle level in management and scientific research are
now studying in university for master degree. The group
now is the member unit of Yangong scientific and educational
center of Beijing University. |
