The product standard of Sponge Titanium

1,Granularity
   The granularity of sponge titanium are determined by fracturing and filtrating,and be suplyed in the both sizes of 0.83~25.4mm and 0.83~12.7mm.
2,Appearance
   The products are light grey and sponge figure,which surfface are clean without visible sundyies.
It is not allowed that the fraction of defective sponge titanium(excluding 5 level quality) are exceed 0.1% of all products.
  The defective sponge titanium fraction includes that the sponge titanium block of excess temperature;oxygenated sponge titanium block with taupe and bright yellow;oxygenated and high nitric sponge titanium block which has taupe and bright yellow trace;residual sponge titanium blocd,high iron block and the block which contains certain accompaning elements.
3,Packing membrane
   The product is packed into drums with net weight for 70kg~250kg per drum.The wrapping drum is zincified iron drum which put inside plastic membrane and be sealed with large diameter cover.
   The drum must be underpressured and filled in argon inside after packed.
